They grow so incredibly fast. Too fast, I think most parents would agree. Their little brains are still developing and the changes they experience are constant. They are so small and yet so resilient. The bond moms and their babies have is unlike any other. It’s okay to feel a little bit overwhelmed and tired . Babies, especially the first one, are a lot of work . You’re figuring it all out together, and that is OK, mama.

You’re doing a great job. Don’t ever forget that.
