This sweet girl is one part of my heart.

It’s sometimes insanity to be a mom. The amount of love I have for my babies literally feels like insanity at times. How can I love them so much while also, at the exact same time, want to throttle them after the 5th hour of bickering? Or fear for their lives when I see a horrific news story about a child their age?

The feels are big with our babies, wouldn’t you say? I don’t find many parents in a ‘neutral’ place with their children… when we get mad, it’s ‘big’ mad (because it’s the 103885758th time you said no). When we feel pride, it’s ‘big’ pride (because we watched them practice for hours before nailing it).

Even though it’s a toy, and it’s just one photo, seeing my own sweet girl behind a ‘camera’, just like her mama, makes my heart swell big.
