As a new mom, it can be difficult to find a community for both you and your baby. Today, I’m sharing five enrichment classes that are perfect for moms and babies that are located around the Dallas and Fort Worth area that are great options for exercise, learning, and overall fun.

1. Music Together – This interactive music and movement class for babies and toddlers is located in the Lakewood area of Dallas. Music Together courses are geared toward enhancing your child’s development through music, rhythm, and movement. 

2. Stroller Strides – This fitness class for moms and babies is held in various Dallas area parks. The class includes strength and cardio exercises, as well as activities that are designed to engage and entertain babies.

3. Mommy & Me Yoga – This gentle yoga class for moms and babies at BamiYogi includes poses & stretches that are safe and beneficial for both mom and baby. 

4. Tinkergarten – Another outdoor activity for moms & babies! Tinkergarten helps children develop their creativity, problem-solving skills, and love of nature through outdoor exploration and play. Locations vary throughout the DFW area.

5. Kindermusik – This music and movement class for babies and toddlers is held at various locations throughout the Dallas area. Kindermusik classes are designed to enhance your child’s development through music, movement, and play.

These are just a few ideas of classes or activities you can join to help you get out of the house, make new friends, and expose your little one to new activities. If you have any additional classes I should add, let me know in a comment below!
