As the year is wrapping up, it’s a time to reflect on the upcoming year and what we want that year to look like. I don’t think it’s an understatement that everyone went into 2020 feeling optimistic and excited, only to be slammed down by Covid a few months into the year and have been feeling it since. I hope the upcoming year holds better things for us all.

Here are a few goal setting tips that I’ve found to be useful!

+journal regularly and include writing your goal down every single time.

+break your goal down into steps, working from the top, down. Set calendar dates to work on the individual steps and stick to those commitments.

+join a community of like-minded individuals!
